The article is debunking the rent seeking intentions behind the IPR system, which shall be enforced and extended by plurinational trade agreements such as TTIP. The article is written by Joseph Stiglitz and published in New York Times at July, 14, 2013 – although it is very topical yet, regarding the negotiations between EU and US about the TTIP.
